“I just completed a 32 year career as an educator and administrator. I recently acquired my personal training certification with emphasis areas in Youth Exercise and Senior Fitness. Just this past summer, I completed my Nutrition Coach certification. I am an avid fitness fan and spend lots of time pushing myself physically. I was looking for someone who could help me out with lots of tension primarily in my shoulders and back. I had always heard Tim was fabulous but I never stopped to take care of myself.
